Information provided to the data subject when collecting general and confidential personal data in accordance with Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 196, containing the "Personal Data Protection Code"

Please be informed that Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of persons and other entities in relation to the processing of personal data.
According to the mentioned legislation, this appeal will be based on the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, as well as the protection of your privacy and your rights.
In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we therefore provide you with the following information:

  • The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes: administrative or accounting obligations and legal obligations.

  • Processing will be carried out in the following ways: using tools and procedures suitable for ensuring security and confidentiality and can be carried out both on paper and using computerized means.

  • Provision of data for the above processing is mandatory, otherwise it is impossible to fulfill the obligations arising from the law or contract, and any refusal to provide such data can lead to non-fulfillment or partial execution of the contract or inability to continue work.

Data may be disclosed:

Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the presence or absence of personal data, even if they are not already registered, as well as their explanation in an understandable form.

  2. The interested person may be instructed to:

    1. About the origin of personal data;

    2. On processing objectives and methods;

    3. On logic used in the case of electronic processing;

    4. On the identity of the owner, manager and representative appointed in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;

    5. About the subject or category of subjects to whom personal data can be transmitted or who can learn about them as a designated representative in the state, managers or agents.

  3. The interested person has the right to receive:

    1. Updating, correcting, or integrating data

    2. Annulment, conversion to anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be stored for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

    3. Confirmation that the transactions referred to in letters (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been transmitted or disseminated, except where this is not possible and involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the right to be protected.

    4. The interested party has the right to protest, in whole or in part:

      1. legally for the processing of personal data relating to him, even if they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;

      2. the processing of personal data relating to him for the purpose of distributing advertising materials or materials for direct sales, as well as for conducting marketing research or commercial communications.
